Courses and activitiesGo on . . . Have a Go . . . Every year Adult Learners’ Week helps inspire thousands of people to see what learning could do for them, offering chances to catch up on skills they’ve missed out on in the past, or develop themselves for the future. It seeks to use the achievements of learners to inspire others to have a go – whether it is learning a new skill, learning for fun, or catching up on learning missed at school.
A complete list at the time of publishing is available as a spreadsheet which can be downloaded here. This includes a list in category order. In Bedfordshire and Luton there will be more that two hundred events up and down the county. With events taking place across the county – in workplaces, community centres, churches, museums, libraries, local schools, colleges and sports centres. The benefits or taking part in courses, events and activities during Adult Learners’ Week are highlighted to a huge range of audiences – young and old – in workplaces and communities the length and breadth of the county. This year's activities will be available after 10 April. Please check back here in a while!
